How We Use Your Information
We use what you share to schedule your move, prepare an accurate quote, and stay in touch about your job. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third-party marketers.
Who Sees It
- Frank Moving staff, on a need-to-know basis
- Our payment processor, for card transactions only (we don’t store card numbers ourselves)
- State or federal authorities, only if legally required
How Long We Keep It
Quote requests that don’t turn into a booked move are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Records for completed moves are kept for the duration of our relationship with you and for as long as required under Massachusetts recordkeeping rules.
Your Rights
You can ask what information we have on file, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at (888) 278-9005 or through the contact page, and we’ll respond within 30 days.
